Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality management.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Passionate about hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Knowledge of the local area, tourism spots, and cultural etiquette is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and special arrangements (e.g., airport transfers, celebrations, villa amenities).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s villas, services, and local area offerings.
- Monitor guest reviews and online reputation, and take proactive actions to address concerns.
- Train and supervise guest relation staff when needed.
- Prepare and present reports on guest satisfaction and service improvements.
