Working hand in hand with Design, QC, Supply Chain (merchandising, production, warehouse), and Marketing, she transforms concepts into high-quality, trend-driven collections delivered on time to the global market.
The Head of Style is not only the guardian of Thaikila’s signature look but also the catalyst that ensures each piece carries the brand’s unmistakable edge.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Sourcing (suppliers and raw material for Style development)
2. Sampling (Follow-up with internal teams & vendors - using Trello)
3. Documentation (information, filing and catalogues for raw supply, patterns, samples and finished styles/products)
4. Product communication to Teams (using the documentation, Catalogues, Tech Packs & Specs)
5. QC instructor (The Head of QC learns all details from the Head of Style & Product)
6. VM instructor at each new product release and control.
Backend of R&D Development is Sourcing for Sampling (including managing the development team and vendors)
Frontend of R&D Development is Documentation & Communication.
