Reporting Line: report to the Hospital Director
Salary: up to IDR 45 Million per month
Requirement:
+ Minimum of 5 years as Head of Department or Nursing Manager, with prior training in Head of Department Management, SNARS Assessor, and Credentialing.
+ Implement and ensure compliance with hospital policies, guidelines, and SOPs related to nursing care.
+ Monitor and promote the delivery of high-quality patient care with a strong focus on patient safety.
+ Oversee infection prevention and control programs, as well as other patient safety initiatives.
+ Manage staffing needs, maintain quality reports, and ensure continuous improvement of nursing services.
+ Provide supervision, guidance, and professional development for nursing staff to foster a competent team.
+ Good in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a Master's degree in Management or Hospital Administration.
