Reliable and engaging. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.
Job Description:
- Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures.
- Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift handover.
- Assist with the preparation of efficient departmental work schedules.
- Perform room allocations and room inspections to check audit standards and ensure overall cleanliness.
- Liaise with Front Office for guest and hotel requirements.
- Replenish guest supplies and ensure that guests' requests are promptly attended to.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
