Qualifications
- Assist the HR Services team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities
- Support the coordination and documentation of performance review processes
- Help maintain and organize employee records and HR-related documents
- Participate in ongoing HR initiatives and projects as needed
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate from any major, preferably Psychology, Human Resources, or Management
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Eager to learn and proactive in supporting daily HR activities
