Job Requirement:
Minimum Bachelor (S1) with major of Human Resource Management, Psychology or Law
Between 26-35 years old
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Recruitment field
Have good communication and Bottom Up & Top Down.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Understand the Labor Law.
Able to Lead and doing Public Speaking
Able to work together with other departments.
Demonstrated knowledge about Psychological test measures
Able to work under pressure.
Detailed and Organized person with a good work Focus
Advanced with Excel and Tech savvy
Energetic, honest, neat, with excellent time management.

General Task and Responsibilities:
Handling the Recruitment process.
Evaluate and assess teachers and employees.
Record and update the identities of all employees and teachers.
Record and update the attendance of employees and teachers
Showing the potential and skills of employees and teachers
Manage operational permits
Carry out other tasks according to the needs of the company
