• Develop and implement human resource strategies to support the company’s long-term growth and success.
• Maintain and implement all human resource policies and procedures.
• Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, ensuring we bring in only top-tier talent.
• Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring needs and create strategic recruitment plans.
• Screen, interview, and assess applicants based on skills and cultural fit.
• Conduct background checks and verify references to ensure quality hires.
• Conduct psychological and competency assessments to evaluate candidates thoroughly. (e.g. DiSC, PAPI Kostick, IST, etc)
• Oversee onboarding to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company.
• Ensure all general affairs (GA) activities are carried out effectively and optimally to support company operations.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Human Resource and General Affairs.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies , interview techniques, and hiring processes .
• Ability to read and interpret psychological and competency assessments to support hiring decisions. (e.g.: DiSC, PAPI Kostick, IST, etc)
• Ability to assess technical and soft skills effectively during the hiring process.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and attract top talent.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
