- Develop HSE Policies - Create and update safety procedures aligned with legal and industry standards.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend preventive measures.
- Monitor Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local regulations.
- Incident Investigation: Analyze accidents and near-misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Training & Awareness: Organize safety inductions, emergency drills, and awareness campaigns.
- Environmental Oversight: Monitor waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of inspections, training, incidents, and audits.
- Emergency Preparedness: Coordinate drills and response plans for fire, chemical spills, or other emergencies.
