- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle and conduct onboarding activities for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Act as the point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- HR Compliance: Implement HR best practices and recommend improvements to align with legal requirements.
- HR Administration: Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees and management.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring employees are informed and engaged; provide support during open enrollment for benefits and answer employee inquiries.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or related field.
- Knowledge of HR principles and best practices, employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and Google Suites.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Already living in Bali (preferable)
- Has an active SIM A (preferable)
