What Will You Do
- Support the planning and execution of learning and development (L&D) initiatives, including workshops, training sessions, and webinars.
- Assist in creating engaging content for internal communication regarding learning and engagement programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Conduct research on best practices in employee engagement and learning trends.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather insights for improving L&D programs.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining records.
- Assist in creating surveys, analyzing feedback, and reporting results to the team.
Requirements
- Last year student in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning and development, employee engagement, or organizational behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Canva, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or HR tools is a plus.
