Human Resources Internship

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our team and assist the HR department with various administrative, recruitment, and HR-related tasks .

Scope Of Work

• Facilitate the recruitment process, including screening, administering skills assessments, conducting interviews, and scheduling user interviews.
• Support other HR-related activities as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work from kumparan's office at least three days per week.
