We are currently seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to support our growing team and ensure smooth HR operations across our diverse business units.
Responsibilities:
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution fairly and consistently
- Act as a communication link between management and employees
- Mediate workplace conflicts and ensure a harmonious work environment
- Manage exit processes and conduct exit interviews
- Analyze exit interview data to identify turnover trends
- Ensure HR policies comply with Indonesian labor laws
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, and employee data
- Administer BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registrations and updates
- Manage KITAS applications, renewals, and foreign worker documentation
- Coordinate any relevant authorities for foreign employee compliance
- Support employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives
- Gather employee feedback on job satisfaction and working conditions
- Prepare regular HR reports on employee relations, turnover, and compliance
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, particularly in Employee Relations or Industrial Relations.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, immigration regulations for foreign workers (KITAS), and BPJS regulations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and mediation skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling employee matters and sensitive information.
- Work on-site in Bali.
