Job Description:
You will work closely with our Insights and B2B Marketing team to drive and support research initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support end to end market research projects.
- Recruit and coordinate research respondents.
- Collect and analyse primary (qualitative and quantitative) as well as secondary data.
- Work closely together with the Community team and the on-ground partners to ensure deliverables.
- Assist in the creation of research reports and presentations
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus
- Proactive, positive and passionate about market research.
- Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research design.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good conduct of English (oral and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged; 1-2 years’ experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, management, psychology, or related studies
- Available to work a 1-to-3-month internship.
- Ready to work in a hybrid role; Monday and Friday (WFA); Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (WFO) at Menara Sentraya, Blok M, South Jakarta.
