Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. This opportunity is open to active university students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. As a Human Resources Intern, you will support the Human Resources department in various administrative and Human Resources-related tasks. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in Human Resources practices and help you develop essential skills for your career.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day Human Resources operations and administrative tasks.
- Participate in Human Resources projects and initiatives.
- Provide support in employee engagement activities and events.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide general Human Resources support.
- Assist in HR services, including liaising with internal employees and candidates regarding their medical check-ups (MCU) and onboarding process.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Active University Student in D3/D4/S1. (Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology or a related field.)
- Internship placement is available in McDermott Batam and the minimum duration should be done in (6 Months).
- Applicants should not be participating in another internship program.
- Applicants should have strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
