Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. We are looking for current students who can commit 3-4 months of internship in August/September to December 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Support safety document reviews by organizing, updating, and tracking open items, such as inspection findings, incident follow-ups, and risk assessments.
- Maintain up-to-date HSE documentation, including inspection logs, training records, permits, and audits in both digital and physical formats.
- Assist in the execution and follow-up of ongoing HSE initiatives and campaigns (e.g., safety observations, monthly themes, well-being programs).
- Compile and consolidate HSE data for internal reports, dashboards, and presentations to support internal and external reporting requirements.
- Support internal awareness and communication efforts by helping to prepare safety alerts, posters, slides, or reminders.
Requirements:
- Current students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Public Health or other relevant disciplines.
- No formal certification required; however, knowledge of ISO 45001 or other HSE frameworks is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and document handling skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (intermediate level).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Interest in safety, compliance, and workplace well-being.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow through on assigned tasks independently.
- Creative mindset and willingness to contribute ideas for internal engagement and awareness.
