Job Description
Manage Intercompany (Interco) Prepayment processes.Oversee SiMoDis (payment monitoring system regulated by Bank Indonesia).
Coordinate overseas dispatch of PE/Non-PE samples.
Prepare and manage customs documentation for exports from company refineries.
Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade requirements.
Monitor payment status and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
Support audits and provide required documentation related to export and payment processes.
Maintain accurate records of export documentation and payment transactions.
Provide periodic reporting to management on export and payment activities.
Qualifications
Having a bachelor’s degree in any field (or undergraduate focusing on marine transportation or export custom)Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the palm oil industry or related commodities.
Proven track record in handling international trade execution processes.
Familiarity with export documentation and customs clearance procedures.
Experience coordinating with banks, shipping lines, and regulatory authorities.
Background in managing overseas dispatches and sample shipments.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); pivot table mastery is a strong advantage.
Exposure to payment monitoring systems (preferably SiMoDis).
Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
Experience working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
