Requirements
- Final semester students or fresh graduates in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related fields
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic understanding in IT workflows and business application processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SQL Database is a plus
Job Responsibilities
- Respond & provide solutions for issues submitted in the Helpdesk Ticketing System
- Investigate & Troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), SPARKS, and other IT applications
- SIT/UAT, User Training, and preparing documentation
- Communicating with external and internal users for issues handling
