• Perform regular maintenance on network devices across Data Center (DC), Disaster Recovery Center (DRC), and branch offices.
• Monitor bandwidth utilization and analyze the effectiveness and cost efficiency of network usage in DC, DRC, and branches.
• Propose operational guidelines and procedures for IT network operations.
• Maintain comprehensive records of network hardware lifecycle (End of Support – EOS and End of Life – EOL), as well as rules and policies applied on network devices.
• Plan and oversee the lifecycle of network hardware (EOS/EOL), ensuring timely upgrades and compliance with operational policies.
• Troubleshoot technical network issues and escalate to the IT Network Assistant Manager as needed.

• Minimum Qualifications: Having CCNA, CCNP or relevant certifications
• Proficient in Switch configuration (VLAN).
• Skilled in Router configuration (Routing).
• Strong understanding of Access Control Lists (ACL).
• Familiar with at least one Network Monitoring Tool.
• Able to conduct network troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark.
• Knowledge of WiFi infrastructure (Access Point, SSID) and WiFi security best practices.
• Familiar with network cabling best practices.
• Understanding of VoIP technology and its practical implementation.
