IT Support Staff
Job description:
- Provide technical support and assistance throughout the organization and its subsidiaries onsite or by remote.
- Setup IT Peripheral (PC, Laptop, Printer, CCTV, NAS, switch, router firewall,) PC and notebook management.
- Monitoring and Checking Network (LAN, WAN, VPN).
- Troubleshooting all IT problem, for examples, but not limited to, PC and printer problem, network peripheral problem, CCTV problem.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Informatic Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum 1 (one) year of work experience in IT support, IT networking or related fields.
- Proficient in hardware and operating system troubleshooting.
- Understand Active Directory Windows and NAS system management.
- Understand basic network and cabling.
- Eager to learn, good analytical thinking with problem–solving attitude.
