How do you fit into the Art Director role?
If you're an Art Director with 5+ years of experience and zero chill for mediocre ideas, we want you.
If "what's the idea?" is your love language, and Photoshop is just how you flirt, we want you.
If you can turn "hmm" into "what if" then "ohh, that's brilliant," we want you.
If you dream in colors and think in gold, we want you.
If you have the taste, grit, and grid, we want you.
If you have a great, idea-led portfolio across digital, Out-of-Home, and social media, we want you.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Turn Grab Transport and GrabExpress briefs into compelling creative communication across all channels.
- Design compelling layouts and visuals to bring those ideas to life
- Give clear visual direction to the designers
- Collaborate with writers, designers, marketers, and business teams
- Ensure every output is aligned with brand guidelines
- Report to the Creative lead
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from relevant majors
- Eye for design: layout, color, typography, and composition
- English proficiency both verbal and written
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Capability to turn briefs into clear, impactful visuals
- Familiar with digital and print formats (social, in-app, OOH)
- Understand branding and visual consistency
