- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
- Translate business needs into comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications, such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), or Product Requirements Documents (PRD).
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to define user stories, product features, and enhancements.
- Evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, or reengineering.
- Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process by preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and assisting users in validating results.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and updates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure that proposed technical solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- 2–3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment such as SaaS, fintech, or digital product companies.
- Hands-on experience with API testing and documentation tools such as Postman, Swagger, or Stoplight.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and define business requirements, manage scope, and contribute to Agile/Scrum workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, SQL, ERP or business intelligence (BI) platforms is a plus.
