What You Will Do
- Understand clients needs deeply by engaging the various stakeholders in their organization, including the management.
- Help clients optimize the usage of Qiscus solutions so that they are able to maximize their ROI
- Identify new areas where we can better help our clients grow their business using other Qiscus solutions
- Create proposals and pitch best solution(s) that address(es) clients needs
- Maintain close relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Achieve sales targets and profitability objectives
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs ongoing basis
What You Will Bring to the Role
- Entrepreneurial in mindset and spirit
- Comfortable in engaging different levels of stakeholders, including C-Levels.
- Has an outgoing personality with strong presentation and negotiation skills, be it online or offline
- At least 2 years in Key Account Management role or relevant roles such as Business Development.
- Experienced in IT System Integrator, Consulting, Principal is a bonus.
- Experienced in delivering client focused solution based on customer needs
- Highly proactive and forthcoming in contributing ideas and suggestions to the management
- Ability to manage and coordinate between different entities/contact points, and doing so remotely/physically where necessary
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
