Get to Know the Team
The ID Grab Kios Sales team is part of Grab Kios, established initially as Kudo, and is responsible for sales activities at Grab Kios. Kios plays an important role within the Grab Indonesia ecosystem, particularly in Digital Goods, supporting several vertical activities and directly engaging consumers. Our team is made up of enthusiastic individuals with a strong desire for progress and development.
Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Kios Area Assistant Manager to manage the team responsible for Kios retail sales and area growth. You possess strong business and people development skills. This role is important to our success, as we are looking for you to manage these responsibilities. In return, you will grow with us and make a significant impact. You will report to Head, Kios and Merchant Supplies Key Account. The working arrangement is hybrid.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Achieve sales targets and increase revenue through field sales teams and multiple channels.
- Develop relationships with Local Government and key partners to secure projects and strategize Small and Medium Enterprise projects.
- Ensure accurate completion of bookings and administrative tasks following company policies.
- Manage team performance, providing feedback and regular progress reports.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to find effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals.
- Manage the sales process, ensuring all details are handled.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business/Marketing) with 4+ years in direct sales, ideally within FMCG, Telco, Tech, or Startups
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding targets, with expertise in retail sales, territory management, and route-to-market planning
- Experienced in leading company plans, with a strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with community outreach, market strategy, and knowledgeable about digital goods and e-commerce trends in Indonesia
- Proficient in English, sales analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making
- Experienced working in a dynamic setting, willing to travel frequently, and holds a valid driver's license
