At Drop Zero Digital, we design bold, data-driven email experiences that drive measurable results for our clients. We’re looking for an Email Marketing Editor to help transform approved copy and creative assets into polished, conversion-focused campaigns and automated flows.
Contract: 75–100 hours per month
Location: Remote
Reports to: Project Manager / Account Lead
What You’ll Do
Email Campaigns
Build, edit, and schedule campaigns in Klaviyo (or similar ESPs).
Apply personalization, segmentation, and dynamic fields to optimize user engagement.
Ensure responsive rendering across devices, inboxes, and platforms.
Double-check all linking logic to confirm CTAs direct users to the right product or landing page.
On-Site Popups
Create and implement pop-ups to capture leads and promote offers.
Configure triggers, targeting, and design elements to align with brand goals.
Test and QA opt-in experiences for both email and SMS.
Automated Flows
Build and maintain triggered flows (welcome, cart recovery, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back).
Configure delays, conditional splits, and personalization rules.
Implement dynamic content like coupons, product recommendations, and personalized feeds.
Campaign Launches & QA
Define target audiences with include/exclude logic.
Manage send settings, time zone optimizations, and Smart Sending rules.
Apply UTM tracking, link mapping, and complete QA sign-offs prior to launch.

What You Bring
Ability (or willingness to quickly learn) to work in Klaviyo.
Understanding of segmentation, list hygiene, and compliance.
Familiarity with conditional splits, triggers, dynamic content blocks, and product feeds.
Strong attention to detail with consistent QA under tight deadlines.
Clear communication and documentation skills.
