Key Responsibilities :
1. Affiliate Program Execution
- Assist in sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rate, GMV) and flag optimization opportunities.
- Help coordinate affiliate campaigns with internal promotions and seasonal activities.
2. KOL & Influencer Coordination
- Research and identify suitable KOLs across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Coordinate with KOLs for content schedules, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
- Track campaign results and compile reports on engagement and ROI.
3. Brand Collaboration & Offline Support
- Assist in executing brand-to-brand collaborations or promotional tie-ins.
- Provide operational support for pop-up stores or offline brand activations.
- Help coordinate between internal teams and external partners for smooth implementation.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to prepare campaign materials.
- Ensure all affiliate and KOL assets align with brand guidelines.
- Support internal reporting by collecting data and preparing simple performance summaries.
5. Market Research & Innovation
- Stay informed about affiliate and influencer marketing trends, best practices, and competitor activities.
- Test and suggest new platforms, tools, or KOLs for campaign experimentation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or partnership roles.
- Experience in e-commerce, social media campaigns, or lifestyle brand marketing is a plus.
- Good understanding of affiliate and KOL platforms (e.g., TikTok Creator Marketplace, Google Analytics).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with external partners.
- Data-aware mindset — able to compile simple reports and understand performance indicators.
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks and timelines.
- Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative marketing team environment.
