What You Will Do
- Lead the onboarding and management of KOLs/creators across different tiers and industry categories.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and influencers.
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage budgets for KOL campaigns.
- Develop compelling campaign storylines and short video concepts tailored to platform and brand needs.
- Monitor content execution by KOLs to ensure alignment with creative briefs.
- Handle campaign documentation, including agreements, quotations, invoices, and processing KOL payments.
- Work cross-functionally with Brand, Performance, and Creative teams to ensure campaign success.
- Track and analyze KOL performance metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly), generating actionable insights and reporting results to internal teams.
What You Will Need
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (open to all majors).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or related fields.
- Familiarity with creators across multiple platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end KOL campaigns.
- Comfortable handling campaign documentation (e.g., Surat Kerja Sama, Invoices).
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaign ideas.
- Highly organized, responsible, and proactive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
