Job Description
•Plan and coordinate activities to strengthen laboratory quality and its operational activities as well as the needs of workers in laboratory services related to training and education, logistics, equipment maintenance, as well as administrative needs and delivery/receipt of goods to ensure the smoothness and continuity of laboratory services to doctors and patients that meet quality standards and services specified by the Hospital and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
•Monitor quality assurance activities for all laboratory services in the hospital to ensure the accuracy and accuracy of examination results
•Monitor and maintain operational policies and procedures as well as all laboratory services including administrative supervision as well as quality and safety improvement programs, to ensure operational activities and laboratory services run in accordance with established functions and responsibilities
•Carry out monitoring and evaluation and make reports regarding activities and service results from third parties/suppliers/reference laboratories to maintain the quality of products and services provided
•Ensure that the examination results (photos and expertise) required by all related parties are received completely, correctly and on time for both inpatient, outpatient, ER and MCU services
•Filing, organizing and retrieving examination result data according to needs
•Provide guidance and carry out personal and professional development, including orientation regarding safety procedures and practices, as well as conducting performance evaluations to ensure worker competency in accordance with applicable rules, laws and regulations as well as hospital needs.
•Implement and supervise procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
•Collect the required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as a responsibility to superiors along with analysis and evaluation of operational activity report data and quality and safety programs to take action in accordance with department/unit operational needs and home needs illness or to determine the level of effectiveness of the program

•Bachelor/Master Degree from Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or any related major
•Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or any related major
•Have minimum 3 years work experience in hospital/clinic laboratory services
•Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and quality control procedures.
•Excellent communication skills for interacting with laboratory staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
•Ability to analyze data, monitor performance metrics, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
•Bachelor/Master Degree from Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or any related major
•Have minimum 3 years work experience in hospital/clinic laboratory services
•Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and quality control procedures.
•Excellent communication skills for interacting with laboratory staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
•Ability to analyze data, monitor performance metrics, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
