Responsibilities :
1. Assist in the development and implementation of rider engagement initiatives to promote satisfaction and retention.
2. Collaborate with different teams to help align engagement efforts with company goals.
3. Receive written or via phone feedback from riders and suggest improvements to enhance their experience.
4. Serve as a point of contact for riders regarding engagement-related questions or initiatives.
5. Assist with adapting global engagement practices to local contexts.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 1-2 years of experience in a role focused on engagement, communication, or community-building.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Creativity and a collaborative approach to work.
6. A passion for building community and improving team morale.
7. Willing to mobile
