Job Description
Lead the planning and execution of key product initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into clear and actionable product specifications.
Continuously improve user and partner experience through data-driven decisions and iterative development.
Conduct regular product discovery through user and partner interviews to ensure solutions are grounded in real needs.
Maintain clear and complete documentation across all owned product areas.
Contribute to Finfra’s commercial success by ensuring product initiatives support growth and operational goals.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services.
Demonstrated ability to ship impactful products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution.
Excellent communication skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
High standards of quality and ownership across all stages of the product lifecycle.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proven experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business teams.
