Position: Housekeeping Leader
Main Responsibilities:
1. Supervision & Coordination
Supervise room attendants and housekeeping staff.
Assign daily tasks and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Conduct daily briefing before shift starts.
2. Quality Control
Perform room inspections after cleaning.
Ensure all public areas, corridors, and hotel facilities are clean and tidy.
Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness promptly and professionally.
3. Administration & Reporting
Prepare daily reports on room status (occupied, vacant, out of order).
Report linen, amenities, and equipment needs.
Conduct monthly stock-taking for housekeeping supplies.
4. Training & Development
Guide, train, and mentor new staff.
Maintain discipline and positive work attitude among housekeeping team.
Provide regular performance evaluations.
5. Interdepartmental Coordination
Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status.
Communicate repair needs to Engineering.
Support hotel events by preparing areas according to standards.
