Responsibilities:
- Prepare, archive, and manage legal documents (agreements, contracts, power of attorney, etc.)
- Record and update legal documents in accordance with applicable regulations
- Assist in the legalization process of documents with government institutions
- Check contract documents from an administrative perspective
- Schedule and monitor the validity period of legal documents (permits, cooperation contracts, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding legal administrative matters
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Associate Degree (D3) in Law
- At least 1 year of work experience in legal administration (maximum 2 years; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply)
- Understanding of basic corporate law and agreements
- Familiar with document archiving and legal administration
- Detail-oriented, organized, and has strong document management skills
