The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Distribute task and ensure all team members have the task
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the operations team members
- Manage and track team KPIs and ensure goals are met or exceeded
- Coordinate with other departments/regional team to ensure seamless flow of operations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to implement them
- Regular briefing with other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Quality team to assess agent quality issues and implement improvement plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Have 1-3 working experience
- Have strong logical thinking, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Able to operate Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point) and Google Spreadsheet, slides, and docs
- Excellent knowing about products and product categories in Shopee
- Driven, attention to detail, and motivated
- Able to work under pressure and under dynamic target
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Able to work as an individual and team
- Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Have experience as a team leader is a plus
- Fluent in english is a plus
