Central Supply & Inventory Planner Assistant
Key mission of the Central Supply Planner is to lead the execution and continuous improvement of rebalancing, obsolescence execution and flow optimization. The primary objective is to drive inventory rebalancing KPI and execution.
Essential duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Identify Circular Supply Chain opportunities (rebalance, promotion, re-use, re-distribute, repair, recycle) & ensure execution in collaboration with flow controllers.
- Follow up rebalancing progress, work with key stakeholder to solve the issues.
- Manage O2 execution and work with team to ensure timely execution.
- Plan & ensure industrial transfers and in compliance with the Network Modelling guidelines (number of steps / "authorized DC" through a dashboard).
- Support inventory and Supply Planning’s KPI reporting.
- Proactively facilitating, re-engineering, best practices & consensus between functional experts (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, LoB planning, Sales & Marketing, Logistics, cross-functional stakeholders, and Finance) and continuously self-learning.
