Description
- Review and validate shipment approvals initiated by internal stakeholders.
- Oversee logistics and shipment operations for the Jawa-Bali region.
- Coordinate urgent shipments outside the Jabodetabek area (Non-Jabo).
- Review monthly distribution plans (Displan) following internal alignment.
- Monitor and analyze logistics tracker data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Initiate and lead logistics cost-saving projects and other related initiatives.
- Evaluate weekly logistics KPI performance and provide actionable insights.
- Source and evaluate new logistics vendors to obtain competitive shipping rates.
- Manage shipment insurance processes to ensure risk mitigation and compliance.
- Coordinate and manage the acquisition of transportation-related permits and documentation.
- Review and approve Cost Proposals (CP) related to logistics operations.
- Verify invoice submissions against the Logistics Tracker to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
Requirement
- Minimum bachelor degree from related major
- Minimum 2 years of handling shipment/transportation, have experience in handling perishable goods, have basic knowledge regarding transportation regulation
- Proficient in Excel, Proficient in Data Analytics,
- Communication Skill, Leadership Skill, Problem-solving Skill, Analytical Skill
