- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, working with department heads to allocate resources effectively
- Monitor actual expenses against budgets and provide variance analysis
- Provide recommendations for cost control, improving financial performance, and maximizing profitability
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management for strategic decision-making
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as needed for management and board meetings
- Participate in or lead special financial projects or initiatives as required, such as mergers, acquisitions, or new business strategies
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Have a professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus
- Have 3+ years of experience in auditors, accounting or finance
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards (e.g., PSAK, IFRS)
- Experience in managing financial reports, budget preparation, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance
- Experience with tools like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, or other financial software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders, present financial reports, and explain complex financial concepts
- Experience using ODOO in the workplace is a plus
