Job Description
The Position holder is responsible for marketing communication assistance, functions as a key support for the sales and commercial teams and assists in administrative tasks. The position reports to the Marketing Analyst and is based in Jakarta.
Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and/or modifying PowerPoint presentations and not limited to converting pictures to ppt format.
- Assist in administrative tasks for the sales and commercial teams.
- Develop and implement creative content for sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Develop extensive relationships with clients and stakeholders to enable effective communication and promotion.
- Interface with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Support the sales and commercial teams in achieving their targets and objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Desirable Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, familiarity with Adobe Photoshop software and experience in Premier is a plus.
