Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager fluent in Mandarin and English to join our dynamic team in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading marketing strategies and activities related to both sales and after-sales operations, managing media and OEM relations, and driving creative campaigns that impact vehicle sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, declare, and execute marketing activities related to sales and after-sales business.
Conduct market research and continuously monitor relevant market trends and competitor activities.
Organize and implement various marketing campaigns, including preparing feasibility reports.
Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets (print, digital, radio) in the local region.
Coordinate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to plan, analyze, and summarize promotional activities.
Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of team members within the marketing department.
Design, produce, and distribute promotional materials for showrooms, outreach events, and shopping malls in accordance with OEM standards.
Manage and regularly update showroom advertising screens in line with monthly promotional themes.
Maintain transaction records for third-party business, including OEM subsidies, payments, and expense claims.
Oversee the company's new media strategy, including account management, budget planning, and daily operations.
Support video production efforts including creative ideation, shooting, editing, and publishing.
Report directly to the Store Manager and regularly submit marketing reports and plans.
Perform other duties as assigned by management, including ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Film, or related field.
3+ years of proven experience in marketing, especially in the automotive industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of online platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and website content management.
Demonstrated ability in planning and executing offline events with creativity and independence.
Skilled in video content creation, with a strong sense of aesthetics, theme development, and storytelling.
Proficient in design and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere (Pr), Photoshop, CapCut, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Proficient in English and Mandarin is a must.
