- Supervise the team in developing and managing media sales packages across platforms (TV and Digital).
- Responsible for pricing strategies, inventory management, and package monetization.
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure client KPIs are achieved (e.g., reach, impressions, views, or other agreed targets).
- Develop new package concepts and revenue opportunities to support business growth.
- Collaborate with research and marketing teams to analyze performance and optimize deals.
- Ensure timely release of sales packages and accurate reporting.
- Lead, guide, and develop the team to achieve department goals.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Marketing Planner in TV or Digital Marketing, with a good understanding of TV audience measurement and market share.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, particularly in inventory pricing and performance, and translate them into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant media planning tools (experience with Ariana is a plus).
- Leadership skills with a collaborative and result-oriented mindset.
