- Develop plan to execute and monitor the implementation of brand initiatives.
- Help to create and as well execute the marketing plan to increase the brand identity, brand awareness, and performance.
- Identify opportunities for our brand.
- Do consumer research and stay up to date on market trends.
- Lead brainstorming sessions with other stakeholders.
- Prepare a promotion shoot by looking for models, venues, budgeting and concepts.
- Actively handle Prodia social media to create viral content & promotion.
- Cooperate and build relationships with various organizations/ institutions/ companies/ media/ influencers, and other parties in supporting the implementation of marketing communication activities and increasing the number of potential customers and getting free news.
- Analyzing and compiling a proposed corporate communication program plan through external media in accordance with the aim of achieving the highest share of voice in the laboratory service industry
- Handle Prodia's internal magazines.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any major with 3 years’ experience in marketing communication, marketing strategy, and branding or similar role.
- Time and management skills, ability to work on multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- A strategic thinker with strong research skills, analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas, not afraid to try new things.
