Our Client in Insurance Tech as a Merchant Acquisition Manager
Locations: Jakarta (WFH)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute merchant acquisition strategies to achieve company targets.- Identify and engage potential merchants across diverse industries.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth merchant integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to support merchant needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key merchants.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance acquisition strategies.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the acquisition team to deliver consistent results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in merchant acquisition, business development, or partnership management, preferably in fintech or e-commerce.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
- Proven strengths in strategy, planning, networking, and relationship building.
