Job Description:
- Develop and identify advertising strategies and key levers to enhance performance across Search & Recommendation Ads, as well as Banner Ads.

Analyze growth opportunities through performance reviews and competitor analysis.
Manage and drive experiment plans to continuously optimize ad algorithms and logic. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including local and regional business and product teams.
- Manage and enhance ads performance for high-investment merchants.
- Develop and implement tailored ad strategies to meet individual merchant needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in developing ad strategies, preferably within the food delivery or ride-hailing industry.
- Strong analytical abilities with excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in finance, budgeting, and planning is preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL is an advantage.
