Main Responsibilities
1. Install and configure hardware and software such as computers, printers, system operations, and applications.
2. Create technical documentations about the system and configuration.
3. Design, develop, and manage databases to support applications and software.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
5. Implement applicable SOPs and Work Instructions in accordance with the Integrated QHSE Management System, including identifying and following up on potential hazards in the workplace.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk
3. Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
4. Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
5. Familiar with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and common enterprise applications
6. Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP)
7. Good communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude
8. Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies
10. Able to manage multiple support tasks
