Job Desc
1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, understanding their objectives, and guiding them toward suitable solutions.
2. Handle client communications through various channels (telephone, WhatsApp, and email).
3. Develop and maintain positive client relationships by conducting regular meetings and providing reports.
4. Anticipate client needs and address potential concerns proactively.
5. Resolve client issues by coordinating with other internal departments.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing role (Relationship Officer, Account Manager, or similar).
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a client-focused mindset.
5. Ability to work independently in a mobile/field-based environment and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
6. Willing to be placed in Semarang
