• Minimum Qualifications: Possess basic journalistic knowledge, including understanding of news writing principles, ethics, and storytelling techniques.
• Demonstrate strong news sense with awareness of current issues, trends, and developments in various fields.
• Capable of quick editing using software such as CapCut to produce concise and engaging video content.
• Skilled in creating and editing simple graphics through Canva to support visual communication needs.
• Have a basic understanding of social media platforms, including content creation, audience engagement, and effective communication strategies.
