NOC TROUBLESHOOT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor complaint tickets proactively and remotely troubleshoot those tickets per customer’s requests.
- Identify and analyze global issues in MTM’s network and escalate them to the related teams.
- Work well under pressure.
- Escalate complaint tickets to related teams if remoting is not a solution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- SMK/D3/S1 in Network and Computer Technology.
- Intermediate proficiency in English and formal Bahasa Indonesia.
- Solid understanding of GPON technology.
- Solid knowledge of 2,4Ghz and 5Ghz Access Point.
- Mastery of ONT, OLT, and MikroTik.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Network certification is preferred.
