Position: Office and E-Commerce Administrator
Location: Denpasar, Bali
Working Hours: Flexible (requires a dedicated and adaptable attitude)
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and preparing financial reports
- Managing office operations (supplies, cleaning, admin tasks)
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Handling daily product shipments for online orders
- Coordinating import operations and related paperwork
- Maintaining contacts and communication with public offices
- Supporting the team when necessary across departments
Required Skills:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in basic accounting/bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Good problem-solving abilities
