Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee and coordinate daily villa operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food &Beverages and Maintenance)
· Ensure excellent guest service and promptly handle guest requests or complaints
· Control operational cost, manage budgets and quality standards.
· Work closely with the Villa Owner/management to achieve operational goals.
· Prepare operational reports and suggest improvements for efficiency and service quality.
With Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 – 3 year in hospitality management, preferably in villas, resorts or boutique hotels.
· Strong leadership, organizational and problem solving skills.
· Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
· Ability to manage teams with a hands on and guest oriented approach.
· Knowledge of hospitality systems, SOPs, and operational standards.
