Core Objectives – Partner Engagement (Driver)
- Building Strong Relationships with Driver-Partners
Develop and maintain positive, transparent, and sustainable relationships with the driver-partner community, who serve as the backbone of Grab’s ecosystem.
- Enhancing Driver Loyalty and Satisfaction Execute impactful engagement programs and initiatives that contribute to the well-being and loyalty of driver-partners.
- Gathering and Communicating Ground Feedback
Act as a two-way communication bridge between internal teams and driver-partners to convey needs, insights, and feedback from the field.
- Executing Community Activations and Events Organize various community-building activities such as meetups, training sessions, and appreciation programs to strengthen driver-partners’ sense of belonging with Grab.
- Supporting Effective Communication Between Teams and Partners
Ensure the clear and efficient delivery of important information, new policies, and special programs to the entire driver community.
- Contributing to High-Impact Strategic Initiatives
Collaborate on the launch of campaigns or special programs aimed at improving the performance, safety, and service quality of driver-partners.
- Monitoring and Reporting Engagement Activities
Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of engagement activities, driver feedback, and recommendations to improve future engagement strategies.
Job Requirement:
Education & Experience:
1. Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication, Management, or a related field.
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in a partnership or coordination support role.
3. Experience working in a fast-paced office environment is a plus.
