We are seeking a dedicated Patient Service Executive to join our healthcare organization in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff to enhance patient experience and satisfaction
- Respond to complaints, investigate issues, and communicate with appropriate staff for resolution
- Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements for better patient satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and/or local dialects
- Strong interpersonal and rapport-building abilities
- Problem-solving and empathy in handling sensitive situations
- Customer service orientation and commitment to patient satisfaction
- Collaborative teamwork and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or patient-facing role
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
