About the Role
AIA is seeking Data Analyst who responsible to collect, manage and analyze data from various sources. As a Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into meaningful insights that drive informed business decisions. You’ll deeply analyze datasets, identify trends and support various function in Partnership Distribution Department in data analytics needs.Key Roles & Responsibility:
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, pattern, and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate result effectively and monitor metrics to measure business performance
- Prepare comprehensive reports and performance monitoring tracker to stakeholders within Partnership Distribution Department.
- Develop and automate data collection, analysis and reporting process.
- Ensure the reports are delivered on time with the highest level of accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytic / Mathematics / Statistics / Information Technology or any related field.
- Min. 3 years working experience in data analysis field and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point), SQL, Power BI or other similar data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge about insurance business
